The first step in the design process is the initial consultation! I really like to think of this as the dream it up/brainstorming stage. We talk and figure out what your needs are, what styles you love, what styles you don't, favorite colors...you get the idea. 

Once we have our consultation, I'll prepare a quote for you. The quote will have all the important information from our meeting, such as the type of project, design requirements, price quote, etc. It's very important to read over the quote to make sure everything is correct. If you agree with the quote and would like to move forward with the design, I'll then have you sign it, collect any deposits or payments required, and get started!

Depending on the project, it may take anywhere from a few days or weeks for me to complete your project. We always keep my clients in the loop, though! We like to send "in-progress" pictures and updates, so you'll never have to wonder what's going on. 

Once your project is done, we'll let you know right away. Depending on the services or items, they'll be sent to you via email, delivered, or a pick-up arranged.

Please note: we require any outstanding balance be paid in full in order to recieve your order. We are unable to accept customer "tabs" at this time.
